During these stages, initial investments were raised, an MVP was developed, and field tests were conducted. A laboratory prototype was created, a basic patent for the autonomous energy system was obtained, technology validation was completed, and the design and technology were refined. In parallel, negotiations were conducted with regional administrations, including Russia, India, Africa, Vietnam, and South America.

Launching a marketing program, creating feasibility studies for three scientific and technical complexes, refining construction locations, preparing documentation for international patents, and signing memorandums with partners, including India.

Obtaining international patents, registering Tribel-Technology branches in target countries, designing and selecting contractors for the Scientific and Production Complex, and purchasing and logistically managing equipment for the first site in Russia.

Construction of the first scientific and technical complex in Russia, including infrastructure construction, connection to utility networks, employee training, and the start of pilot assembly of power plants. Meanwhile, cooperation with other countries and investment efforts are ongoing.

Construction of the second NTPK in India, licensing and certification according to Indian standards, signing of preliminary contracts for the supply of power plants.

Construction of the third scientific and technical complex in one of the countries (Africa, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia), selection of the final country, implementation of construction work and the beginning of local recruitment of personnel.

Project completion, final audit, release of the public report, preparation for the conversion of shares into stock, commencement of dividend payments, and project presentation at international forums.
